You don’t need to have any experience to join one of Beth’s yoga sessions. She’ll guide you through an embodied practice, allowing you to utilise what you have in your tool kit, and give you the opportunity to explore movement as well as the landscape of your mind in a supportive and relaxed environment.
As well 1:2:1 practices, women’s yoga therapy sessions, and summer classes held here at Deft Motion Gym in Ancoats, an exciting new partnership is in the pipe line!
