A 3-month weight training course for women, who are new to weight training and want to learn or have never done weight training but want start.
Over the course of the 3 months, you’ll attend 3 group sessions held at Deft Motion.
The first being the intro session in which you’ll learn how to use the training app, learn all the movements for your first month of training and meet the other women on the course.
The second session, build on the first and teaches you everything you need to know for the second month of training and the same with the third.
Between each group session, you’ll have an online or phone call with your coach. These are your personal progression sessions in which we’ll discuss, amend any weights and discuss any hurdles you might face.
The app also supports instant messenger, video and pictures so you’ll be able to send any videos back and forth with your coach.
so you’ll never be truly on your own.
