Training Camps

/ You’ll train 3 x 1 hour sessions per week, for a period of 6 weeks, totalling in 18 sessions.  By the end of those sessions you’ll have gained strength and confidence in all the foundational lifts, (squats, deadlifts, press and cleans).  You'll have got fitter, through our training system, and have learnt how to swing kettlebells, use dumbbells and flip tyres.  You’ll also learn what it's like to train at high capacity and know what its like to push hard, and find the limits.  You’ll be proud of your achievements and amazed at what you are capable off.


/ You’ll receive a training book, in which you’ll record you lifts, times, goals and achievements in order todocument your progression towards our standard of fitness.  People who demonstrate, the highest level of commitment win a t-shirt which can’t be bought, it has to be earned.  To earn it you must show and achieve something remarkable.  


/ Our training camps run from specific dates and are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, of which you can choose to attend, the 18:00 or 19:00 start time.  Each session will begin with a group warm up, although we advice getting here slightly early to do your own warm up, and change if required.  We will then run through the session, what the goal is and expected outcome.  During sessions, we expect all participants to show respect to each other and support the person next to you.


/ We keep training group sizes small to make sure that you don’t become just another number in a session.  We want you to get a lot physically and mentally from each session.  We expect ourselves to give each person the attention they deserve, in order to achieve this spaces are limited to 8 people, per session and 16 people in total to start each training camp.  So booking quickly to secure your spot is vital. 


*Please be aware that we try our best to keep to times but occasionally sessions over run.
