By the end of the programme you will have developed strength in the squat, deadlift, press and row ready to be transferred onto other activities or to continue to develop strength. The programme is ideal for people who are starting strength and athletes.
The programme is 4 to 6 weeks long and consists of 2 workouts that you will alternate from session to session and will be in the following order.
