Coaching

You’ll work 1-2-1 with your coach to get a fully customised training programme, so you’ll know exactly what to do every time you walk in gym. Your initial assessment will cover fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and more. Once you're on your feet, you'll meet with your coach every month to make sure your program still fits your goals and lifestyle. Come in any time during open hours to train with a group of supportive, like-minded people, with your programme uploaded straight to your phone via our web app. A coach will be on the floor to guide you, encourage you, and keep you safe.

Community

Train at our Manchester gym if you want some face to face coaching, to join our community, and a train in supportive and friendly space. You can join our group training sessions, attend workshops and benefit from the wealth of knowledge from Danny, our resident strength and conditioning expert, as well as train on your own time.
